“Venice Piazza is just the phase one of the breakthrough development project called The Venice Luxury Residences. Actually, the Piazza is not even 10-percent of what we intend to build there,” notes Kevin. “We put Venice Piazza there to service the needs of the exiting BPO employees.”

“What makes Venice Piazza interesting is the design and, of course, the entertainment. We regularly hold concerts by local and foreign artists in the Piazza. We also have pigeon feeding where our customers get the chance to feed the pigeons, which go down on park grounds at 4 p.m. These are just some of the things that make Venice Piazza charming,” enthuses Kevin.
